World's first wearable cooling device and diffuser

Blo is a lightweight and rechargeable cooling device that can cool you off 6 degrees in 2 minutes. The designer's describe it as a cross between a fan and an air conditioner. It uses a small motor and blade to create airflow through a chamber filled with peppermint oil which acts the cooling agent. You don't have to use the oil but it enhances the cooling sensation and enables you to be cooled much faster. All you need to do is strap it on to your shirt/top either below your neck or at your back, select the speed and toggle it on.

Just over an hour of charge time will give you up to 8 hours of cooling power. This is a much needed tool for the Instagram fit-fam as well as hikers, athletes or just everyday people that live or work in hot environments. Since its winter time right now, it won't be a bad idea to have a similar portable device that can heat up your body evenly and comfortably. If you know of any, please suggest below.
