Smart phone + Polaroid + Augmented Reality = Wow

Smart phone + Polaroid + Augmented Reality = Wow

A picture is worth a ... yea, nope. Add that quote to the list of things going extinct just like your CD Drives. Prynt pushes the envelope with this device that can turn your smart phone into a Polaroid camera. Not only will it print out photos instantly, its phone app can show you a video of moments surrounding the time when the photo was snapped via the use of Augmented Reality. All you have to do is take the picture, hold your camera over it and voila, it will load the video clip right on the physical photograph.

Currently its only available for iPhone users but by April 2018, the designers plan to release an Android version just for devices with centralized base charging ports. In the future, I predict that the makers or a competitor will add a facial recognition feature that will enable you augment any picture ever taken. They just need to figure out a way to automatically source data from the internet or from the respective social media account of the person of object photographed.
